The Goodyear Rawhide MT/R concept drew its first breath from Goodyear's
collaboration with Arctic Cat in the development of an original
equipment tire designed for its then top-of-the-line 650cc ATV and the
side-by-side Prowler. Goodyear, a leader in OEM tire fitment for the
major ATV manufacturers, determined that a radial design would meet the
criteria set forth by Arctic Cat's engineers: namely, a tire that would
go anywhere, in all conditions, while providing excellent steering
response and the ride quality expected by big-bore ATV riders. Of equal
significance was the 14-inch radial design required for the Prowler, the
first OEM fitment of this size offered in the industry. Arctic Cat 650,
